These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vibeshare (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use vibeshare.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use vibeshare on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your login credentials or use another person's account without permission. If you believe your account has been compromised, please let us know promptly.
vibeshare lets you post projects, discussions, comments and other materials ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant vibeshare a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, display and share that Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for the Content you post. You agree not to post anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, misleading, infringes the rights of others, or contains malicious code.
You agree that you will not:
The vibeshare name, logo and overall look and feel of the Service are owned by us and protected by law. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without our prior written permission.
vibeshare is a community and discovery platform. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found here.
We are constantly improving vibeshare and may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibeshare and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using vibeshare at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise causing harm to the platform or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by updating the date above or posting a notice on the site). Your continued use of vibeshare after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, you can reach us via the contact page.
